Strict No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any products or services purchased from Webify Pakistan.

General Refund Policy

Webify Pakistan operates under a strict no-refund policy for all products and services. By purchasing any service from us, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Why No Refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate allocation of resources upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or decision not to use the service
  • Purchase mistakes or accidental orders
  • Dissatisfaction with the service (we encourage you to contact support for resolution)
  • Failure to cancel the service before renewal
  • Partial usage of the service during the billing period

Service-Specific Policies

Web Hosting Services

All web hosting plans are non-refundable. Upon account creation, resources are immediately allocated to your account which cannot be reclaimed.

Domain Registrations

Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable as they are processed through third-party registrars and are subject to their policies.

VPS and Dedicated Servers

Virtual Private Servers and Dedicated Servers are non-refundable as resources are provisioned exclusively for your use immediately upon purchase.

Software and Digital Products

All software licenses, digital downloads, and custom development work are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Exceptions

In extremely rare cases, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:

Potential Exceptions (Not Guaranteed)

  • Duplicate charges for the same service
  • Technical issues that prevent service delivery that we cannot resolve within 72 hours
  • Clear violations of our service level agreement (SLA)

Any exception requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 3 days of purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your services at any time to prevent future billing:

How to Cancel

  • Submit a cancellation request through your client area
  • Contact our support team at least 7 days before your renewal date
  • Ensure all auto-renew options are disabled in your account

Cancellations must be processed before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Once charged, the payment is non-refundable.

Data After Cancellation

All account data will be permanently deleted upon cancellation. We recommend backing up your data before canceling.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have any concerns about your service, please contact our support team immediately at support@webify.pk before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate service termination and may subject you to additional fees. All chargebacks will be vigorously contested with evidence of your agreement to this no-refund policy.

Policy Changes

Webify Pakistan reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
