Important Usage Restrictions
By using Webify Pakistan's services, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your services without refund.
General Provisions
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of all Webify Pakistan services, including but not limited to web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and related services. Your use of our services constitutes acceptance of this AUP.
Policy Enforcement
Webify Pakistan reserves the right to investigate violations of this AUP and may take any remedial action it deems appropriate, including immediate suspension or termination of services without notice or refund.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on all Webify Pakistan services:
Illegal Content and Activities
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or other destructive software
- Hosting or distributing pirated software, copyrighted materials, or other illegal content
- Phishing, fraud, or other deceptive practices
- Child exploitation or pornography
- Promotion of violence or terrorist activities
System Abuse
- Unauthorized access to systems or networks (hacking)
- Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks
- Port scanning or vulnerability scanning without authorization
- Resource abuse that impacts other customers (CPU, RAM, I/O)
- Operating open proxies, VPNs, or TOR exit nodes without authorization
Email Abuse
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Operating unsecured mail servers (open relays)
- Email spoofing or forgery
- Harvesting email addresses
- Sending more than 500 emails per hour from shared hosting
Content Restrictions
While we generally do not monitor customer content, the following types of content are prohibited:
Explicitly Prohibited Content
- Adult content (pornography) except on dedicated servers with prior approval
- Hate speech or content promoting discrimination
- Content that violates Pakistani laws or regulations
- Gambling or casino-related content without proper licensing
- Cryptocurrency mining operations
High-Risk Content
The following content types may be allowed but require prior approval and may be subject to additional restrictions:
- File sharing or storage sites
- Public proxy services
- IRC servers or bouncers
- Game servers
- Streaming services
Resource Usage
Fair usage policies apply to all shared hosting services to ensure quality for all customers:
Shared Hosting Limits
- CPU usage may not exceed 25% for more than 90 seconds
- Memory usage may not exceed 1GB for PHP processes
- No more than 250,000 inodes per account
- No more than 25 concurrent MySQL connections
- No cron jobs running more frequently than every 15 minutes
Plan Violations
Violation of your hosting plan's resource limits will result in immediate account suspension. Repeated violations or severe overages will result in account termination without refund. Webify Pakistan reserves the right to determine what constitutes a plan violation at our sole discretion.
VPS and Dedicated Server Usage
While VPS and dedicated servers have fewer restrictions, the following still apply:
- No network abuse or excessive bandwidth consumption
- No IP spoofing or unauthorized packet modification
- No operation of services that may damage our network or other customers
Payment and Account Termination
Webify Pakistan maintains strict policies regarding payments and account status:
Pending Payments
Webify Pakistan reserves the right to cancel any product or service if there are any pending payments owed to Webify Pakistan. Services with overdue payments may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
Termination for Violations
Accounts terminated for violations of this AUP are not eligible for refunds. This includes but is not limited to:
- Resource overages and plan violations
- Illegal activities or prohibited content
- Spam or email abuse
- Security violations
- Any activity that threatens our network or other customers
Security Requirements
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their services:
Account Security
- You must keep all passwords secure
- You must keep all software updated with security patches
- You must not share account access with unauthorized parties
Vulnerability Remediation
If we detect vulnerabilities on your services that may impact others:
- We will notify you and provide a reasonable time to fix
- If unaddressed, we may suspend the vulnerable service
- Repeat violations may result in account termination

Our Response
We investigate all abuse reports promptly and will take appropriate action, which may include:
- Contacting the account holder
- Requesting immediate corrective action
- Temporary or permanent service suspension
- Legal action in severe cases
Policy Changes
Webify Pakistan reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
